We suggest at least once a year, but really, you can get your carpets, rugs, and upholstery cleaned as often as you feel is necessary.  If the smell, the dirt, the stains, or the water damage are getting too much for you to keep up with, give us a call and we’ll get right to work!

We recommend both!  Unless you know for certain that the previous tenants have had the carpets cleaned before your move, it’s a good idea to get them cleaned right away.  That way, you can enjoy a fresh start in your new home with none of the worry.

It’s also a good idea to clean them as you’re leaving.  Many landlords require it in order to get your security deposit back.
